Shipping Information

We currently ship domestically from our logistics hub in the United States.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

• Domestic Shipping (USA): Our standard shipping is with USPS for orders in the USA and takes up to 7 days to arrive once shipped out.

• Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Special Orders

Custom Due Lune styles are offered as special orders. These are made-to-order items crafted especially for you. Pre-orders are not eligible for return or cancellation

Returns

We hope you love your Due Lune footwear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

• Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

• Email us at ciao@dueluneitalia.com with your name, order number, and item details

• A prepaid return label will be sent to you via email

• A $6.00 shipping/handling fee will be deducted from your refund

• Once you receive the label, ship the item within 7 business days

• Exclusions: Special ordered items (see section above)

Exchanges

We're not currently offering exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, place a return for a refund and order the new item separately.
